This stone-faced cottage built in 1998 is modelled on the traditonal cottage indigenous to this area. The cottage is only 450 metres from the lake shore of Lough Mask, has breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The nearest pub is 1km across the field and the Gaeltacht village of Tourmakeady which is 2 km away has shops, pubs and a post office. This four-star cottage offers the following facilities: 3 double bedrooms (one en-suite), spacious hallway, bathroom with bath and shower, balcony which overlooks the kitchen / dining and living area. Great care has been taken with the creation of this cottage – all materials are natural from the roof to the slating on the floor. The furniture is locally carved pine. Relaxing in front of a wood burning stove in the living area is a perfect way to end a long day. All pet's are welcome. Garden / picnic area and organic farm are all on your doorstep. All bills are included in booking price.
