This four star cottage built of native stone in 2006 is modelled on the traditional cottage indigenous to this area. The spacious accommodation offers three en-suite bedrooms, separate kitchen/dining area and sitting room with a timber burning stove. All pet's are welcome. The cottage, which is situated 1.2km from the lakeshore, has breathtaking views of Lough Mask, Lough Carra and the surrounding Partry mountains. The Gaeltacht village of Tourmakeady, which is 2km away, has shops, pubs and a post office. A small thatched country pub/restaurant is 1.2km across the fields from the cottage. Fishing, golf, mountain walking, horse riding are all within easy reach. Games room (Wi-Fi), garden / picnic area, tennis court and organic farm are all on your doorstep. Oil and electricity are extra for each cottage, we read the meters with our guests on arrival and departure.
